BBQ Area

Originaly the extension to this executive style home was the project we undertook, but as the job progressed GMS worked alongside with the client and added our own personal touches, creating a totally unique BBQ area suitable for private and social functions.

Loft Conversion

Loft conversions are becoming more and more popular theses days, especially with todays current climate. Why spend all that money on stamp duty and the general costs of moving to gain an extra bedroom when you can create one by utilising your roof space etc?

Conservatories & Landscaping

Conservatories and landscaping. This back garden was definitely in need of a facelift. Within three weeks we turned this back garden into a tidy luxurious sitting area perfect for relaxing both inside and out.

Bespoke Carpentry

As GMS Carpentry suggests, timber is our field of expertise. This first floor extension was right up our alley with a top hat scaffold we were able to work in all weathers under cover and more importantly the house owners exsisting ceilings and décor were kept in perfect order. Two new bedrooms one with ensuite shower room were the end result.

Cart Lodge

From 4x2 softwood to oak we do the lot. We excavated a toe raft slab here, with steel fixed cages and mesh sheeting in the concrete for added strength. This helps to cope with any heaving meaning movement in the ground. The oak framing was then cladded with feather edge boarding to create the perfect countryside appearance with room for your cars aswell!

Georgian House Extension

This Georgian style property in Chelmsford Essex has been transformed. Although it was a nice house it was lacking something. We have added three new rooms and an orangery totally original in design, aswell as a raised patio area complete with balustrade and sweeping steps leading to the garden's (works still in progress)..
